Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Helsinki is an agreement that ends the conflict between GAM and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. This MoU became a joint commitment between two parties which later gave legalization to Law Number 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh.
