The Effects of Job Insecurity on Employee Voice Behavior

In this study, we examined the curvilinear relationship between employees insecurity and voice behavior. Meanwhile, we investigated the meditated influence of organization-based self-esteem and felt obligation for constructive change. Results totally supported this framework. Specifically, they include: (1) quantitative job insecurity was associated with promotive voice and prohibitive voice in the inverted U-shaped relationship; (2) qualitative job insecurity was negatively correlated with
