New and old faces among the candidates for the EOS board From 15 June to 15 August, 2012 the European Optical Society (EOS) board election will be open. During this time, all EOS members are entitled to cast their vote for the fi ve vacancies. Nine candidates compete for the vacant seats; three of them are seeking re-election for a second term.
