Bisphosphonates are drugs used to treat bone disorders. The chronic use of bisphosphonates is associated with the occurrence of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ). Previous data reported the positive effects of Geranylgeraniol on different cell types treated with Bisphosphonates.
