Review Article The aim of this research is to compare the selection, training and appointment processes of school administrators who will work in schools of some countries with Bonapartist and Anglo-Saxon traditions with Turkey, It is to make recommendations for the selection, training and appointment of school administrators for Turkey. Within the scope of the research, scientifically qualified works and documents and databases in the relevant area were analyzed for the purpose of the study. Within the scope of the research, it is understood from the practices that pre-service and inservice training is carried out in the selection and training of school administrators in France, England, Finland and South Korea. The pre-service management training of school administrator candidates for Turkey can provide specialization in the field of school management.
