The selective polarization technique of ferroelectrics representing sound-conductors and piezoelectric transformers in different devices of functional electronics is described. The feature of the technique is the ability of creating the local polarization regions, with different, in the magnitude and orientation, polarization vectors and with different electrophysical parameters, in the monolithic ceramic sound-conductor.
