Facebook (FB) is now considered as the most popular platform for online social networking among university students. ... been effective. Teachers indicated that Facebook is not far different from other new teaching tools. Students showed positive attitude toward using Facebook as a means of learning grammar and writing. As an alternative learning tool, Facebook offered students a convenient and attractive means to engross in discussion with the teacher and peers who had better grammatical and writing knowledge. Nevertheless, Facebook could help them to increase their motivation and build confidence in learning EFL writing as well.
