Assessment of acute pancreatitis using CT severity index and modified CT severity index: A tertiary care hospital based observational study

This study was conducted to assess the correlation with patient outcome and interobserver variability of a modified CT severity index in the evaluation of patients with acute pancreatitis compared with the currently accepted CT severity index. R presented with the chief complaint of epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting and CECT abdomen were suggestive of acute pancreatitis were included in this study.
