In this paper we introduce the concepts of (λ,µ)-intuitionistic fuzzy submodule and (λ,µ)-intuitionistic anti-fuzzy submodules. It can be regarded as generalization of (λ,µ)-intuitionistic fuzzy subring and (λ,µ)-intuitionistic anti-fuzzy subring.
