The State Universities and Colleges in the Philippines embrace the wide implementation of flexible learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to explore the teachers' experiences in implementing and delivering flexible learning. There were 12 informants purposely chosen for this study. Data were gathered by conducting an individual in-depth interview using an interview guide containing semi-structured questions and were analyzed using Yin's (2016) thematic data analysis method.

... Results revealed that teachers experienced unstable internet connections, distractive learning environments, intensive preparation, and frustration in the delivery of flexible learning. It is crucial to identify and understand the teachers' various experiences in the delivery of flexible learning to address issues according to their needs and difficulties to serve their clientele better.
