The State Universities and Colleges in the Philippines embrace the wide implementation of flexible learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to explore the teachers' experiences in implementing and delivering flexible learning. There were 12 informants purposely chosen for this study. Data were gathered by conducting an individual in-depth interview using an interview guide containing semi-structured questions and were analyzed using Yin's (2016) thematic data analysis method.
