Programa de Alfabetización Informacional para estudiantes de doctorado en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí

The aim of this paper is to propose an Information Literacy program to help develop information literacy in PhD from the Technical University of Manabi. Considerations related to information literacy are displayed, taking international experiences in the context of higher education and behavior at postgraduate level. The study is descriptive. For the location of the theoretical framework document analysis method was considered and the exposition of ideas logical-historical method was used.
