At segment-based analysis sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy are 96.7%, 93.8%, 78.4%, 99.2 % and 94.4%, respectively. "Conclusion: 256 MDCT coronary angiography scan is a diagnostic method with high accuracy in diagnosing coronary artery disease in patients with atrial fibrillation.
