On local properties of functions and singular integrals in terms of the mean oscillation

In this paper radial boundary values of Cauchy type integral are investigated when conditions on integral density are set in terms of mean oscillation of functions. Corresponding statements about boundary values of Poisson integral and conjugate Poisson integral are proved.
