Legal communication is seen as a complex phenomenon. The importance and role of the epistemological component in modern studies of legal reality is demonstrated. The authors prove that legal communications are formed on the basis of the existing legal culture of society. The article notes that social and legal processes can lead to serious changes in society if the traditions of this society are violated.
