STUDI LITERATUR: HUBUNGAN DAN PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstrak Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dan keberpengaruhan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi yang termasuk dalam jenis studi deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan metode library research yakni pengkajian dan analisa kembali terhadap penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan maupun tentang pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
more » ... Data diperoleh dari literature berupa jurnal-jurnal penelitian ilmiah terdahulu yang kemudian akan diolah dan di analisis dengan reduksi data, display data, dan verification. Dari analisis diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Akan tetapi, keberpengaruhan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan tersebut bergantung pada jenis organisasi dan perusahaan tempat karyawan bekerja. Motivasi kerja akan cenderung lebih besar memengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan swasta daripada kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di instansi pemerintahan. Kata kunci: motivasi karyawan, kinerja karyawan Abstract This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the relationship between work motivation and employee performance and the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The study, which is included in this type of qualitative descriptive study, uses the library research method, namely review and re-analysis of previous studies related to the relationship between work motivation and employee performance as well as the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Data obtained from literature in the form of previous scientific research journals which will then be processed and analyzed with data reduction, data display and verification. From the analysis, it is found that there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance and work motivation affects employee performance. However, the effect of work motivation on employee performance depends on the type of organization and the company where the employee works. Work motivation will tend to have a greater influence on the performance of employees who work in private companies than the performance of employees who work in government agencies.
