Article Info This study was carried out from April to November 2014 in Azaguié, located in the south of Côte d'Ivoire. It consisted in testing the effect of the aqueous extract of the seeds capsules of Ricinus communis on the infestations of shoot and fruit borer Leucinodes orbonalis, pest of eggplant.
