The use of point-of-care ultrasonography (POCUS) is becoming increasingly widespread and clinically important. Here, we report a case in which the use of POCUS in the operating room identified a previously undiagnosed bilateral subclavian artery stenosis. A 70-year-old woman with a diagnosis of meningioma was scheduled to undergo a craniotomy. After the induction of general anesthesia, an abnormal radial artery waveform was observed bilaterally.
