The case related here, is a mixed case. It is an indolent, indurated, lobulated enlargement, accompanied with an aneurismal state of the right carotid, which has three or four times its natural size. An extraordinary vibration is felt in this artery, which extends to the heart, producing the same phenomenon in this organ, and which extends over the whole body,
