The research was conducted in Sirnasari village, Sariwangi, Tasikmalaya, using survey method. The samples were 35 farmers implementing the minapadi on jajar legowo planting system and 8 farmers implementing the Minapadi on squared plant spacing from out of the population size of 78 farmers. Comparative descriptive analysis was used to determine the efficiency use of land, labor and capital resources, yields and farm income. Unpaired t-test was applied to test the differences in rice yield, and farm income, between minapadi on jajar legowo and minapadi on squared plant spacing. The results showed that the use of land resources, labor and capital of Minapadi on jajar legowo planting was more efficient than those of minapadi on squared plant spacing. Minapadi on jajar legowo planting increased rice yield by 17 percent, increased fish yield by 32 percent and increased farmers' incomes by 40 percent.
