The popularity of smartphones and other mobile devices has lead to a significant increase in the use of cellular mobile data. As this demand is predicted to continue to grow exponentially in the future, providing sufficient and ubiquitous cellular coverage becomes increasingly challenging and sometimes even unfeasible.
