480 of which, up to the navel, an abscess had formed, and that this cavity had served for the passage of the urine. Dr. Nespagli mentioned the case of a female, at the post-mortem examination of whom the upper portion of the bladder was found wanting, and had been supplied by adhesion of part of the colon to the remaining portion of the bladder, so as to complete the cavity.
