満足のいく無痛分娩となるために─助産師の立場から─
Satisfactory labor and delivery experiences are important to establish a good relationship between mother and child. In order to achieve satisfactory labor analgesia, we discuss a number of issues including 1) maternal education for pregnant women, 2) lectures about epidural anesthesia for midwives and other staff, 3) guidance about labor analgesia for pregnant women and their families, 4) strengthening of safety management, and 5) periparturient mental care.
