We propose, in this study, observe how the abstraction of the narrator can relate to memory and representation. Both Citadel (1940), by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the Invisible Cities (1975), Ítalo Calvino, are woven with references to culture, from subjectifications reality that recreate identities of modern cities in own land, building images and concepts that drive the reader profound insights about the man and modern society.
