Food-related disease processes can have a wide presentation picture. We present here a review of their clinical patterns in infants to allow a prompt diagnosis and appropriate management. Included in the discussion in infants from birth to 12 months includes IgE-mediated food allergy, food protein–induced allergic proctocolitis , food protein enterocolitis syndrome, atopic dermatitis, eosinophilic esophagitis, and eosinophilic gastrointestinal disease.
