Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of natural orifice specimen extraction(NOSE) combined with sigmoid colon in situ neo-bladder on invasive bladder cancer. Methods For six patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy, the specimens were treated by pulling out through the anus and completely laparoscopic performance with sigmoid colon orthotropic neo-bladder.
