Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of natural orifice specimen extraction(NOSE) combined with sigmoid colon in situ neo-bladder on invasive bladder cancer. Conclusion NOSE combined with sigmoid colon in situ neo-bladder on invasive bladder cancer is an ideal method for urinary diversion. It is minimally invasive, with less complication, good urine control and storage.
