We present in this paper a novel approach for integrating enterprise modelling and knowledge management in dynamic networked organisations. The approach is based on the notion of active knowledge models (AKM™). An AKM is a visual model of enterprise aspects that can be viewed, traversed, analysed, simulated, adapted and executed by industrial users.
