The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of work-family conflict and work-family positive spillover on job satisfaction among healthcare professionals. The sample of this study consists of healthcare professionals (e.g. registered nurses, medical doctors, pharmacists etc.) who work in public and private hospitals in Malaysia.
