This paper presents the organization of an experimental study on the efficiency of near surface mounted (NSM) carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) reinforcement for the flexural strengthening of reinforced concrete (RC) beams. Four series of three beams each, having the same cross section and longitudinal tensile steel reinforcement, are investigated.
