Aim of the work: To evaluate the relationship between albumin-fibrinogen ratio (AFR) and radiographic changes in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Conclusion: AFR may be easily, rapidly detected and prognostically useful markers of ongoing inflammation and joint affection correspondingly to radiological findings.
