The Council met at the Fort Logan Mental Health Center Library at 9:00 a.m. with Bernice Stone acting as hostess. Thirty-seven members and quests were in attendance. Fol lowing coffee and doughnuts, the meeting was cal led to order by Pat Pine I, Chairman. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
