Social Strategy Forming of the Regional Policy Implementation Mechanism

The importance of the regional social strategy is defined by the influence of regional social and economic system on the entire social system and the relations between population of different regions of Ukraine, apart from the target orientation. Nowadays the effective regional social strategy is achieved by: a set of measures aimed to overcome difficult demographic situation, to create an effective public health and environment protection system, to form productive policy of the population
more » ... oyment and to establish reasonable living standards.The effective regional social strategy forms mechanism which should be singled out from the general social sphere control mechanism in order to analyse the interaction components; to determine the separate parts direction and the deviation from the previously well-grounded consumption rates and standards; and to define the lack of coordination in quantative assessment. This mechanism destroys the former proportionally orientated activities at social process development. It demands the authority to take measures aimed to renew economic, regulatory, legal, financial, investment, and administrative activity which direct and orientate the stages and development phases of social and economic productivity.A regional control centre is founded to create specific social establishments and to form the leading control system.
