Bovine Viral Diarrhea (BVD) is a common infection all over the world. It causes important economical losses in cattle breeding. In this study, a total of 46 blood samples were examined taken into tubes with and without EDTA from bulls in Artifical Insemination Centers. ... by the means of antibodies against BVDV while 3 (6.5%) out of 46 leukocyte samples were detected as positive for BVD antigens. One (2.1%) of the seropositive bulls was detected as positive for BVD antigen. Two (4.3%) of the seronegative bulls were detected as positive for BVD antigens.
