Promising Practices For Patient-Centered Communication With Vulnerable Populations: Examples From Eight Hospitals
ABSTRACT: As patient populations become increasingly diverse, health care organizations are looking for innovative ways to communicate effectively across cultures, languages, and health literacy levels.
