The Editorial team at the Journal of Management has commissioned this guest editorial to consider the challenges (Figure 1) that the postpandemic future of work poses to individuals and organizations. This editorial also highlights future research opportunities to address the questions (Table 1) related to the future of work in the postpandemic era.
