... s a deep problem for national security. Moreover, corruption is considered both internal and external threat. Many countries being aware of danger posed by corruption execute consistent works to reduce its rate through introducing and exercising appropriate legislation, which always has prominent national characteristics. On the basis of the legislation adopted in Russia, an integrate and sound system of organizing the activities of civil servants was built, which is able to reduce the corruption rate in the country. However, all measures implemented have not taken any sufficient effect yet. When it is not being constantly tackled, corruption tends to expand and develop, so anti-corruption activities are among the basic functions of any state.
