ldioglossa thailandica sp. nov. is described frem Thailand on the basis of a male specimen. In colouration, the holotype ]ies almost within the extent of variation ebserved in I. poliiacola, while considerably dillt ring from the other specics of the genus. The new species is reliably distinguishable from L polliacola by the structures of the valva and juxta of the male genitalia. It will possibly be separable from L polliacola by the slight ditlbrence in the forewing colouration.
