Aim. To assess the dynamics of the prevalence of excessive body weight (pre-obesity) and obesity, to identify gender differences among the workers of an industrial enterprise in the period 1994-2010. Methods. Population-based cross-sectional complex preventive studies of 2566 industrial workers (1579 males and 987 females) aged 18-64 years in order to identify the non-infectious diseases were conducted in 1994, 1999 and 2000.
