Agricultural Insurance System -Selected Issues. The paper presents an analysis of the variation in the number of insured farmers and beneficiaries using the agricultural insurance system in 1991-2015. Considering the issue of social insurance for farmers, it is worth pointing out that since the protection of farm workers it has undergone some evolution, as evidenced by the above data on the change in the number of insured persons in relation to the number of beneficiaries.
