This study took 37 junior students who were from an institution of Nanchong as research objects. In this study, SPSS was used for making quantitative analysis on the collected data, intending to explore the relationship of middle school students' vocabulary breadth knowledge and listening comprehension. The results show: (1) The current vocabulary breadth level of middle school students accounted for 80.86% of the overall requirements, and their listening comprehension level reached 85.87% of
