and Objectives: One of the most common injuries during sports and athletes' activities is muscle cramps, which are accompanied by muscle discomfort, pain, and stiffness. Materials and Methods: Twenty-four handball female from dehdasht, kohkiluyeh and boyer-ahmad, randomly divided into two groups: test (n=12) and control group (n=12). Test group performed of plyometric training of 8 weeks, including three sessions per week with a range of workouts, 8 to 12 movements and 10 seconds per session.
