In this paper, we propose a one-pass algorithm to construct a membership summary. The proposed algorithm is based on the hashing and ensembling techniques that are well-used in machine learning. We here investigate an error bound of the membership queries and then show a preliminary experimental result on the performance of the proposed algorithm.
