In the frame towards integrated basin-based water quality management (BBWQM) in the Upper Citarum River (UCR) Basin, Indonesia, identification of a priority area for urgent remediation by comparing WQ among monitoring points in the basin was investigated in this study. Normalized rank means (NRM) approach was selected in this priority analysis owing to a low compliance of water quality (WQ) in the study area with the government standard.
