... not allow the sports complex to develop in full: lack of funding for ongoing repairs; lack of funding for the development of the material and technical base and other expenses. Insufficient funding forces us to look for alternative sources of attracting funds for the development of the sports complex as a student sports and recreation facility. For effective management of a sports complex as a sports facility, it is necessary to optimize the financial management procedure and make changes to the budget. The successful functioning of a sports facility and an increase in management efficiency will depend on the method and mechanism of attracting targeted funds, their use for their intended purpose and the timing of development, which will have a positive effect on increasing the service life of the sports complex. Such events will help to optimize the educational process of physical education at the University and create the best conditions for conducting sports and mass work among the population of different ages.
