... ccupational safety and health management systems", it is approved that the management of the enterprise is responsible for: the state of the production environment, the labor process, the ergonomics of the workspace and working hours, which should contribute to the preservation and strengthening of the health of employees, as well as prolonging their professional longevity. The article considers the threats of the production environment for the staff of a hotel enterprise and examines the main causes of their occurrence and possible ways to prevent them. The authors do not consider in this study safety instructions, fire safety, etc., which are developed at each enterprise. For the first time, the focus is on identifying health risks and creating conditions conducive to preserving and strengthening the health of employees.
