Rezumat Gestionarea pandemiei cu SARS-COV-2 apărută la începutul anului 2020 necesită găsirea unor măsuri specifice, eficiente (vaccinarea), cu aplicabilitate rapidă, eficiență crescută și reacții adverse acceptabile comparativ cu evoluția dramatică, a bolii în sine. În prezent sunt aprobate vaccinuri: ARNm cu eficiență crescută, cele care folosesc adenovectori și cele care utilizează virusul întreg inactivat cu tehnologii clasice de fabricație și vaccinuri de viitor, cele subunitare.
