The IFB Core Cluster: an open HPC resource for all biologists and the breeding ground of the IFB National Network of Computational Resources (NNCR)

The IFB Core Cluster hosts 4300 CPU-cores (Hyper-Threaded), 2 PB of storage and 9 GPU cards. It offers various services and tools to facilitate access to life sciences data processing: free of charge accounts and shared project spaces, more than 450 pre-installed scientific tools, and public indexed databanks.
