The IFB Core Cluster hosts 4300 CPU-cores (Hyper-Threaded), 2 PB of storage and 9 GPU cards. It offers various services and tools to facilitate access to life sciences data processing: free of charge accounts and shared project spaces, more than 450 pre-installed scientific tools, and public indexed databanks. All these resources are available through different user interfaces: i) Command Line, ii) JupyterHub, iii) RStudio and iv) UseGalaxy.fr. Integrated within the National Network of
