Seishyo National Leprosanatorium Oshima) 0.1-0. 2mg Tibione per day, soluted in ethylenglycocol, was injected subcutaneously for six consective days in a week to a group of rats which developped leprosy and to another group which did not develop lesions. The ulcer of the lesion-developing group was cured rapidly, but the lepromata showed no regressive change.
