Toward Phase-Recovery Optical Nanoscopes
Journal of Physical Science and Application
We discuss how recent advances in phase-recovery imaging techniques in combination with plasmonic UTSs (ultrathin condensers) with a semiconductor substrate have paved the way for the development of novel optical nanoscopes. These optical nanoscopes are capable of imaging the intensity and the phase of the electric field distribution at the sample's plane.doi:10.17265/2159-5348/2017.05.002 fatcat:jyflb5ape5cvjigdcpk7hjztrq
