Examination preprocessing for seat allocation and duty allocation manually is difficult due to increasing number of students, subjects, courses, faculty, staff and rooms. This system provides a solution by arranging seats for large number of students and finding best combination of rooms based on room size, number of students and differentiation of subjects. It is a better replacement for manual system. This system also provides the list of students those who were not attended the examinations.
