In order to actively control the bearing force transmissibility in active magnetic bearings supporting rigid rotor systems, the components of bearing force transmissibility are analyzed, two control algorithms for the bearing force transmissibility, i.e., zero current control algorithm and zero transmitting force control algorithm, are proposed based on the synchronous rotor position component identification method with a real-time variable step size polygonal iterative seeking algorithm, the

The results from numerical simulations and experiments show that the zero current algorithm can control most of the bearing force transmissibility, but the zero transmitting force algorithm can completely remove the bearing force transmissibility.
